The copper nanoparticles films has been prepared via the reduction of copper salts CuSO4•5H2O by UV-lamps. The irradiation time changed from 15 min. to one hour effects on the morphology of dispersed copper nanoparticles were studied. The structure properties of the films were determined by X-ray diffraction, the change on the surface morphology was observed using atomic force microscope (AFM).
