The aim of study was to evaluate the involvent of selected parameters of oxidative-antioxidative system in children with bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis. MATERIAL AND METHODS The research was carried out in the group of 58 children who had been diagnosed with bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis. The children were undergoing treatment in the Alergological and Pulmonological Outpatient Clinic at the S. Szyszko Independent State Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Zabrze of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. Periods of their outpatient treatment ranged from 1 to 16 years.
