Among factors that positively underlie physical education process, provide stimuli during exercise sessions, increase interest, effectiveness and esthetic character are various nontraditional games as well as nontraditional exercise equipment. Nontraditional sports games have effect on physical fitness and motor performance, promote health, social and moral development of children.
