Developing an effective business strategy ought to be based on the aspects of rationality, not only with the roots of present time, but also with the past and characteristics acquired in previous competitive episodes that may form the context for future ones. Thus, in analyzing the possibility of supporting decisionmaking process, one should take into account the essential properties of economic entities (objects), such as their complexity, dynamics and nonlinearity.
