This text discusses the relationship between the sacrament of marriage and the Eucharist. The motive undertake this relationship was the last Synod of Bishops on the role of marriage and family in the world. The biggest controversy has raised the issue of “irregular” situation and therefore granting of the Holy Communion to persons who are in the second unity. In the first part, the author of the text presents the arguments of supporters and opponents granting of Holy Communion for such persons.
