Article on Prohibited advertising of pharmacies is aimed at analyzing the legal provisions regarding the title of play. In accordance with the instruction of art. 94a paragraph 1, para. 2 and par. 3 of the Act of 6 September 2001. Pharmaceutical Law, advertising of pharmacies and pharmacy points and their activities is prohibited. It is not advertising information about the location and working hours of the pharmacy or pharmacy point. Due to the fact that the above‑mentioned regulation raised and continues to be controversial from the very beginning, the analysis of this provision was made in the light of the judicial decisions.
