The main objective of this article was to propose a model of standards of innovative behavior within the organization. These include: trust, failure, uncertainty and creativity. Treating them as a system of interdependent factors, correlated with other dimensions of functioning of the organization, such as management style, organizational structure, strategy and management concept.
