The ideas of today leisure education are very different and (complicated). On one hand, they are analyzed in terms of the level of material culture and on the other hand in terms of the level of spiritual culture. Struggle for the rights of children were from the very beginning the struggle for right to life, for freedom from violence and the release of children from strenuous work and then for right to realize other rights of the child as for example: to the dignity, to love, to family care and right to contact with their parents, right to leisure time, right for fun and education, right to get adequate standard of life, and the right for leisure.
