The role of intellectual capital and culture in the development of national security

Nowadays, many economic crisis, finance and communication in the XXI century, people are migrating all over the world. The national culture has an important role in the formation of national security and is the driving force behind the growth of national security and socio-economic development. The purpose of this article is to expose the issue of culture, which can be a substitute for military force.
