Analysis the development of the polish civil society

In my article I want to pose the problem of process of building the polish civil society. The basic issue is the social reference of participation in local society and in general elections. An tradition and symbols of participation gives us a basic knowledge about the awareness of polish citizens. In my opinion the factors which influence on civil participation are: sense of security, satisfaction with life, accepted social attitudes and a self-esteem and the judgements that can be agreed. I’m going to hypothesize that process of building civil society depends on fulfillment of certain conditions. The questions to ask are: how much do we have the social capital, what the experience of participation do we have and what kind of behave do we accept as society
