The disposal of former state-owned farms' agriculture land as the leasehold form in the years 1992-2008

Wskazano rolę i miejsce dzierżawy w zagospodarowywaniu gruntów rolniczych po byłym państwowym sektorze rolnym. Przedstawiono zakres i zróżnicowanie terytorialne dzierżawy gruntów Skarbu Państwa w latach 1992-2008. Prawidłowy rozwój stosunków dzierżawnych uzależniony jest od odpowiedniej polityki rolnej państwa, jak i od obowiązujących zasad dzierżawy rolnej. Państwo powinno więc stwarzac racjonalne warunki dla funkcjonowania dzierżawy.The paper presents the role and place of leasehold in use of agricultural land of former state-owned sector of agriculture. It is presented dynamics of progress and scope of the leasehold of the State Treasury land in the years 1992-2008. Appropriate development of leasehold structures depends on appropriate agricultural policy of the State as well as effective principles for agricultural leasehold. The State should, as a consequence, establish rational conditions for leasehold functioning. The rate of increasing of leasing agricultural land will be depended on prices on agricultural property market
