Costs of strawberries picking depending of production type

Przedstawiono analizę i ocenę kosztów zbioru truskawek z uwzględnieniem różnych kierunków dystrybucji. Badania przeprowadzono w latach 2007-2009 w specjalistycznym gospodarstwie sadowniczym położonym w województwie lubelskim. Określono poziom kosztów całego procesu zbioru oraz jego strukturę uwzględniając zróżnicowane kierunki zbytu owoców. Wskazano na główne czynniki, które podwyższają koszty tego procesu. Najwyższe koszty zbioru na poziomie 2,54 zł/kg owoców odnotowano w produkcji owoców deserowych przeznaczonych na eksport do krajów Unii Europejskiej.In the paper there were presented analysis of the costs of strawberry harvesting depending on different distribution. The experiments were conducted 2007-2009 years in specialist berries farm located in the eastern Poland. The share of particular process costs was determined in relation to total cost of harvesting for different distribution used on the tested farm. It was then possible to indicate those factors that maximal influence increase of the level of harvesting cost. The highest costs of harvesting process was stated for strawberry fresh consumption producing to UE countries with average value of 2,54 PLN/kg of fruit
