Celem artykułu była ocena poziomu oraz tendencji zmian, jakie zaszły w spożyciu poszczególnych grup produktów żywnościowych przez ludność wiejską, a w szczególności w rodzinach rolniczych w latach 1999-2011. Spożycie żywności na obszarach wiejskich zmieniło się zarówno pod względem ilościowym,jak i jakościowym. W gospodarstwach rolniczych zaobserwowano pozytywne zmiany w konsumpcji jogurtów oraz ryb, jak również wysokogatunkowych wędlin i kiełbas trwałych. W dalszym ciągu jednak spożycie owoców i warzyw jest niskie. Korzystnym trendem jest zmniejszenie konsumpcji ziemniaków oraz produktów mącznych, która przez długi czas utrzymywała się na dość wysokim poziomie.This article discusses the changes in food consumption among Polish agricultural...
