Celem pracy była ocena przydatności technik RAPD i ISSR do określenia stopnia powinowactwa genetycznego 12 odmian agrestu (R. grossularia), używanych w programach hodowlanych w Zakładzie Hodowli Roślin Sadowniczych. W oparciu o wyniki reakcji amplifikacji przeprowadzonej przy użyciu techniki RAPD i ISSR dokonano wyboru starterów, w reakcji z którymi obserwowano produkty polimorficzne, różnicujące genotypy.
