Aluminium content in overground plant parts and roots determined with ASA and colorimetric methods were compared in this work. High coefficients of determination between two methods were stated. The contents determined with the colorimetric method were higher than determined with the ASA method. Up to 300 mg Al/kg (low concentrations) there were big differences according to the method used
