Pedagogical interpretations of project method in integrated education programmes

he presented text is the result of an analysis of thirteen integrated education programmes which came into being under contest projects – contest 1/POKL/03.03.04/2013 for elaboration and pilot implementation of innova-tive educational programmes with didactic background. The purpose of the presented research was learning the ways of interpreting of projects method by the programmes’ authors. During the analysis of programmes the answer to the following research problems was attempted: How do the programmes’ authors define the project method? What phases of work do they extract in this method realisation? What value is attributed to the projects method? The conclusions of the research are significant both for the theory of school curricula and the educational work of the early-education teachers.Prezentowany tekst jest wynikiem analizy trzynastu programów kształcenia zintegrowanego, które powstały w ramach projektów konkurso-wych – konkurs 1/POKL/03.03.04/2013 na opracowanie i pilotażowe wdroże-nie innowacyjnych programów nauczania wraz z obudową dydaktyczną. Celem przedstawionych w artykule badań było poznanie sposobów interpretowania me-tody projektów przez autorów programów. Podczas analizy programów starano się znaleźć odpowiedź na następujące problemy badawcze: Jak autorzy progra-mów definiują metodę projektów? Jakie etapy pracy wyodrębniają w realizacji tej metody? Jaka jest tematyka proponowanych projektów? Jaka wartość przy-pisywana jest metodzie projektów? Wnioski wynikające z badań mają znaczenie zarówno dla teorii programów szkolnych, jak i dla pracy edukacyjnej nauczycieli klas początkowych
