Communication of parents and teachers to the subject of the student

An important condition of successful education in the contemporary school is subjective treatment of the children and the youth by the teachers and educators. To do this, the teachers should thoroughly study their children’s needs, expectations, problems and anxieties. It is possible to gather the information they need by establishing proper relations with the pupils and their parents. Experiencing of subjectivity also depends on the school atmosphere. Therefore, proper relations between the most important education environments, i.e. the family and the school are indispensable. The basis of cooperation between the teachers and the parents, the aim of which is the optimization of the teaching and educational processes, and therefore of the subjective treatment of the pupils is proper communication between the teachers and the parents.Istotnym warunkiem skutecznego wychowania we współczesnej szkole jest podmiotowe traktowanie dzieci i młodzieży przez nauczycieli i wychowawców. W tym celu nauczyciel powinien dokładnie poznać swojego wychowanka: jego potrzeby, oczekiwania, problemy, obawy. Zdobycie potrzebnych informacji możliwe jest dzięki właściwym relacjom z uczniem oraz jego rodzicami. Doświadczanie podmiotowości zależy również od atmosfery panującej w szkole. W tym celu niezbędne są właściwe relacje najważniejszych środowisk wychowawczych – rodziny i szkoły. Podstawą współpracy nauczycieli i rodziców w celu zoptymalizowania procesu dydaktyczno-wychowawczego, a tym samym podmiotowego traktowania ucznia jest prawidłowa komunikacja między nauczycielami a rodzicami
