Legal Principles of Elementary School Teachers Training During the Second Polish Republic. Selected Issues

The article aims to present the issues relating to the education of teachers in the interwar period. The text presents its main forms. Lack of modern legal literature referring to the educational law in this period constituted the main inconvenience. In this context, it seems that the history of Polish education deserves even more comprehensive research. This article may be an introduction to this type of studies.Artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie zagadnień odnoszących się do kształcenia nauczycieli w okresie międzywojennym. W tekście zaprezentowano główne jego formy. Istotną niedogodnością okazał się niemal zupełny brak współczesnej literatury prawniczej poruszającej problematykę prawa oświatowego w przedmiotowym okresie.
