The paper points to the existence of a link between school culture and inclusive education. The model of school culture based on the E.Hall’s works and its applications to the study of inclusive school culture were presented. The process of developing inclusive school culture, especially in the context of changes in the accepted beliefs and values and the resulting practical consequences of these transformations were discusses as well.
