The author of the article has taken up the issue of conditions for the professional development of kindergarten teachers, with particular emphasis on the role of the director in this area. The aim of the professional development controlled by the director of the kindergarten is primarily to improve the work of the teacher, and indirectly to improve the work of the kindergarten.
