Economic determinants of poland's energy industry development in the national security system

The paper presents the economic background influencing the development of the energy industry in Poland, which proves to be a crucial issue in the national security policy. The comparison of current and predicted energy production capabilities with the future energy demand in Poland indicates the importance of implementing decisions aimed at setting the direction of further developments in this area. The author states that one of the most rational choices is, in fact, the continuous improvement of nuclear energy industry.
