This article elaborates on the topic of majority rule which is a principle that has been a part of the democratic systems for centuries, but is being questioned nowadays. Some even say that in democracy the majority does not need to wield the power and that the principal value of modern political systems should be the rule of inclusion, i.e. engaging in the decision-making process as many social groups as possible. Instead of challenging the idea of majority rule it is worth to analyse it systemically from various perspectives.
