The article includes consideration within the topic of peculiarity of semantic features of no-subject clauses. Taking into consideration the impossibility to form some common semantic features for all types of impersonal sentences, what is interesting in the presence of a percepting figure in particular clauses of this type, wchich raises a question whether perceptivity should not be treated as a semantic constituent of a categorial meaning of impersonality (similary to the independence of the subject's will, the inactivity or vehemene of a subject, etc.)
