The article presents the results of research on spatial dimensions of resilience carried out as part of an international project RESCUE — Patterns of Resilience during Socioeconomic Crises among Households in Europe (2014–2017). The empirical basis was individual interviews with members of households affected by poverty and experts working in urban and rural areas covered by research. The considerations contained in this article focus on the attempt to capture the spatial dimension of the crisis and resourcefulness, experienced in various areas of life — individual, family and local environment.
