In many works in the fields of agronomy, agriculture and biology, there is a need to study the impact of cultivar (genotype), agricultural technology (crop management intensities levels), and the locations (agro-ecostems or environment) on the yield of plants. Such studies in Poland allow PDOiR experiments. To be properly carried out the analysis of this data must be based on statistical methods based on the assumed purpose.
