A lot of companies believe that the analysis of unstructured data will be the key to a deeper understanding of customer behavior. They believe that the analyst is absolutely essential or very important to conduct the overall business strategy and improve operational results. The purpose of the article is to define Big Data, explain what the unstructured data are and how to apply them.
