Being convinced about the possibility of making changes in your life is very important for a young adolescent entering the world of adulthood. It will let them overcome difficulties and failures. Theoretical reflections concerning the importance of education in shaping a sense of influence among young people are reflected in the results of empirical research presented in the article. The obtained results point that school is a place where young people acquire beliefs about the reasonableness of their own activities. Overcoming one’s own weaknesses and limitations, and accepting the ones which a young person does not have an influence on constitutes an essential element in forming beliefs about the importance of their own activities.Dla młod...
