Analysis of the operational efficiency of selected railway carriers

The provision of transport services is related to the fulfillment of a number of factors and travelers' expectations. Transport companies, realizing their activities, try to best meet the expectations of their clients. Meeting these expectations later translates into the level of use, by travelers, of a given carrier to carry out a trip. The article was made using the method of documentation analysis, evaluation and comparison of the effectiveness of selected railway carriers providing transport services with similar characteristics
