W pracy przedstawiono problem eksploatacji wielofunkcyjnego obiektu sportowego wyposażonego w nowoczesne urządzenia wentylacyjne. Niewłaściwa eksploatacja systemu wentylacji była bezpośrednią przyczyną powstania zarzewia ognia, który skutkował pożarem wyposażenia wielofunkcyjnej sali sportowej, a w konsekwencji uszkodzeniem konstrukcji obiektu. Autorzy dokonali oceny skutków pożaru w aspekcie zagrożenia elementów konstrukcyjnych budynku. Pracę podsumowano określeniem koncepcji naprawy uszkodzonych elementów.
