Problems of elderly people in the aspect of leisure

In the contemporary society we can observe a growing number of elderly people. It is caused by prolongation of life and reduction of working time. Old people dispose of three forms of capital: human capital, social capital and leisure capital, which are not exploited in the society. It is necessary to use this "senior capital" for the benefit of elderly people as well as the society, so as the increasing length of life would not cause problems but bring profits.
