Knowledge Management and Innovation

In the early nineteenth century knowledge management has become one of the most popular trends in management. A modern organization in order to be competitive in the market has to become an innovative company. The article presents knowledge as one of the organizations resources, taking into account its division into the explicit and tacit knowledge. It also considers the difficulties in knowledge management. Innovation and its types are briefly discussed here. Finally authors indicate the relationship between the processes of knowledge management and creating innovation in an organization
