Outsourcing relationships are an important element of creating the value chain, determining new conditions and challenges of business cooperation. Despite the widespread use of outsourcing, many agreements end in failure and the search for a new partner. The development of mutual attachment deepens the quality of the relationship not only in terms of financial benefits, but also those of an intangible nature.
