he article presents the results of numerical experiment using a hybrid approach of finite element method and system dynamics simulation of the overhead traveling crane in the case of lifting load. The aim of the analysis was to examine the impact of the load on the crane structure, while lifting the load and vibration measurements in selected areas of the structure. For this purpose were built and used FEM model of the object and an example of the proposed p henomenological model of the hoisting mechanism of crane. The presented method is applicable when vibrations are becoming of interest in the desired location points on the structure, which allows to determine the dynamic properties of supporting structure of the crane at the stage of it...
