The coinage of John II’s reign, king of France (1350-1364) is abundant and complex. A review of all available sources, combined with renewed methods of analysis and classification, allows to propose some attributions. Five very different aspects of the coinage in the name of John II are discussed here, while the proposed markers will hopefully allow in the near future to revise some more complex parts of this coinage.Le monnayage du règne de Jean II, roi de France (1350-1364), est particulièrement abondant et complexe.
