Management of information and material structuresin enterprises of the clusters of Kujawsko-Pomorskie

Cluster initiatives are designed to integrate different types of entities operating in related sectors in one geographical area. Literature has divided clusters into decentralized and centralized ones. The development of clusters also means benefits for the development of local entrepreneurship. Clusters, as open formations, create value chains that largely connect the local business environment, increase the intensity, develop it, and influence the quality of the relationship. The most important is that they attract new entities to cooperate, while creating the right conditions for the emergence of new companies. In this way, a natural mechanism that stimulates cooperation and development of enterprises is created, which translates into the development of the region. Due to the importance of clusters for the economic development of the region and the country, it is necessary to have a broad knowledge about clusters, their development status, dependencies related to the flows of materials and information within them. The research was carried out by means of interviews with the use of a questionnaire, on a sample of 12 production entities. The aim of the work is to get to know the opinions of cluster members on the subject of interrelations within the cluster in terms of the flow of goods and information.Inicjatywy klastrowe mają za zadanie integrowanie w jednym obszarze geograficznym różnego typu podmiotów funkcjonujących w pokrewnych sektorach. W literaturze dokonano podziału klastrów na zdecentralizowane i scentralizowane. Rozwój klastrów to także korzyści dla rozwoju lokalnej przedsiębiorczości. Klastry, jako formacje otwarte tworzą łańcuchy wartości, które w znacznej części łączą lokalne środowisko biznesowe, zwiększają intensywność, rozwijają je, oraz wpływają na jakość relacji. Najważniejszym jest, że przyciągają nowe podmioty do współpracy, tworząc przy tym odpowiednie warunki do powstawania nowych firm. Powstaje w ten sposób naturalny mechanizm pobudzający współpracę i rozwój przedsiębiorstw, który przekłada się na rozwój regionu. Ze względu na znaczenie klastrów dla rozwoju gospodarczego regionu i kraju, niezbędna jest szeroka wiedza na temat klastrów, ich stanu rozwoju, zależności związanych z przepływami materiałów i informacji w ich obrębie. Badania zostały przeprowadzone wywiadów autorskich z wykorzystaniem ankiety, na próbie celowej 12 podmiotów produkcyjnych. Celem pracy jest poznanie opinii członków klastra na temat wzajemnych powiązań wewnątrz klastra w zakresie przepływu towarów i informacji
