Add to ORKGW pracy przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów prędkości propagacji fali ultradźwiękowej w ziemniakach suszonych konwekcyjnie. Pomiarów dokonywano w trakcie procesu suszenia za pomocą 50 kHz głowic ultradźwiękowych współpracujących z komputerem PC wyposażonym w kartę defektoskopu ultradźwiękowego UMT-12. Otrzymane wyniki porównano z krzywymi kinetyki suszenia.The work presents the results of measurements regarding the supersonic wave propagation in potatoes dried with convection drying. The measurements were done during the drying process with 50 kHz supersonic transducers cooperating with a supersonic flaw detector card UMT-12. The obtained results were compared with the drying kinesis curves
