A didactic engineering approach about the teaching of electicity for a grade 10 class in France has led to the observation of the progressive stages of students’ learning paths. Previous analyses has led to test four hypotheses based upon the prerequisites’ mastery, a previous energetic approach of the electric circuit, a qualitative approach and an independent presentation of the required concepts.
