Eastern frontier and ethnic relations: Humahuaca and Chaco, (1595-1650) Abstract This article presents the results of an etnohistorical research on ethnic relations between the native groups of the Quebrada of Humahuaca and those of the Chaco, in the center-south of Andean Region.
