Modelling the force displacement diagram for drum brakes in the agricultural trailers

W pracy opisano model matematyczny charakterystyki siłowej bębnowego mechanizmu hamującego przyczepy rolniczej z uwzględnieniem zjawiska histerezy. Współczynniki modelu wykładniczego wyznaczono metodą najmniejszych kwadratów na podstawie wyników badań doświadczalnych. Opracowany model matematyczny charakterystyki siłowej może być wykorzystany do symulacji cyfrowej dynamiki pneumatycznych układów hamulcowych przyczep rolniczych oraz innych pojazdów z bębnowymi mechanizmami hamującymi.The mathematical model of the force-displacement diagram for drum brakes of agricultural trailers taking into consideration a hysteresis was described in this paper. The factor of exponential model was determined by the method of least squares base on experimental results. The mathematical model can be used for the numerical simulation of the dynamic of air brake systems in the agricultural trailers and other vehicles equipped in drum brakes
