Techniki mikromacierzy DNA umożliwiły pomiar ekspresji genów i obserwowanie zależności między tkankami z różnych próbek. W artykule omówiono zastosowanie algorytmów opartych na ukrytych modelach Markowa (ang. Hidden Markov Models) do analizy danych z mikromacierzy DNA. Zaprezentowane podejście porównano z innymi, opisanymi w podobnych opracowaniach. Zaproponowane algorytmy składają się z dwóch części: odkrywczej i klasyfikacyjnej.
