The paper presents selected results of tests on the Fiat Panda I car powered by 1.2 dm3 spark ignition engine. The engine had production installed fuel system with the single-point petrol injection. To improve its in-service performance, the engine was fitted with the multi-point injection fuel system. The assessment of the indicators of the work of the engine, fitted with single-point, or alternatively, multi-point injection fuel system, was conducted on the basis of the tests performed on the MAHA chassis dynamometer.
