The aim of this study work presented in the article was to determine the quality of selected food products using information technology. In the experiment conducted was used computer image analysis as a tool to assess the quality and artificial neural networks to develop results. This allowed for better and more rapid assessment of the parameters in the finished product already destined for sale.
