W artykule przedstawiono wyniki walcowania pakietowego (ARB – Accumulative Roll Bonding) wyżarzonego, czystego technicznie aluminium o grubości 1,2 mm. Poprzez obróbkę wielokrotnego walcowania otrzymano próbki - taśmy o strukturze ultra drobnej, o grubości około 1 mm. Obserwowano próbki po 8 przepuście ARB metodą EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction Analysis), co pozwoliło wstępnie określić wielkość ziaren na mniejszą od 1 µm. Oszacowano również metodą rentgenowską Scherrera średnią wielkość krystalitów, która wynosiła 180 nm. Następnie wykonano badania tłoczenia i przetłaczania wytłoczek na kilku zestawach stempli i matryc (kilka ciągów) w celu uzyskania głębokiej wytłoczki o bardzo małej średnicy (wytłoczki zbliżonej do obudowy kondensa...
