Optimization of photo-induced current transient spectroscopy by simulation of photocurrent transient measurements in AIIIBV semi-insulating materials

Przedstawiono problemy związane z charakteryzacją centrów defektowych w materiałach półizolujących AIIIBV. Przeprowadzono analizę błędów i wykonano symulacje etapów procesu pomiaru. Na podstawie wyników symulacji opracowano założenia do konstrukcji toru pomiarowego i sposobu realizacji procesu cyfryzacji badanych przebiegów oraz opracowano algorytm przetwarzania wyników pomiarów. W celu realizacji tego algorytmu wykonano specjalizowany blok akwizycji danych.Metrological problems related to defect characterization in semi-insulating materials are discussed. Error analysis and simulation of different stages of measuring procedure have been presented. Using the result of the simulation, the requirements for measuring system have been worked out. The algorithm of measured data processing, which employs dedicated data acquisition unit has been developed
