In this paper we present the accuracy analysis of energy and temperature measurements for testing and productivity improvement of solar collectors. There are presented possibilities of accuracy and resolution increase of solar energetic luminance sensors. The radiometer with electrical substitution was used in the research. The calibration procedure of the radiometer is described.
