The resistance unit transfer from the quantum Hall effect standard to high value resistance standards

W referacie przedstawiono wzorzec pierwotny rezystancji, oparty na kwantowym efekcie Halla i system przekazywania jednostki rezystancji oraz problemy z tym przekazywaniem związane. Zaproponowano zastosowanie w systemie transferów rezystancji Hamona, które umożliwią zmniejszenie niepewności przenoszenia jednostki rezystancji, a także dokładniejsze wzorcowanie aparatury pomiarowej stosowanej w systemie.This paper concerns primary standard of resistance unit based on Quantum Hall Effect (fig. 3) and measurement system (fig. 5). Problems of resistance measurement system were shown. The alternative resistance scaling path, from QHE to various decade resistance values, based on Hamon transfers were described (fig. 6). This solution increases resistance transfer accuracy and allows to calibrate measurement equipment
