Badano uzdolnienia pięciu szczepów antagonistycznych bakterii (Ervinia herbicola ID25, Erwinia herbicola IIA1, Bacillus subtilis ID20, Nocardia sp.37C/IV i Streptomyces sp. 5B/IV) do produkcji substancji typu regulatorów wzrostu roślin w zależności od warunków hodowli. Bakterie te wyizolowane z ryzosfery zbóż wykazywały działanie antagonistyczne w stosunku do fitopatogennych grzybów Fusarium culmorum i Fusarium avenaceum. Aktywność biologiczną metabolitów oceniono w teście z sałatą, a wyodrębnienie i wstępną identyfikację metabolitów typu regulatorów wzrostu (auksyn i giberelin) przeprowadzono metodą TLC. Stwierdzono, że testowane szczepy nie tylko ograniczają porażenie roślin, ale i stymulują ich wzrost. Najlepszy efekt stymulacji wykazał ...
