Problems management of space in the light of the law on spatial planning and development

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę gospodarowania przestrzenią w Polsce, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli gminy w kształtowaniu przestrzeni. Wskazano potrzebę wzmocnienia polityki przestrzennej na obszarach nieobjętych miejscowymi planami zagospodarowania przestrzennego, w sposób umożliwiający efektywne gospodarowanie przestrzenią.The article presents the problem of space management in Poland, with particular emphasis on the role of the community in shaping the space. It pointed out the need to strengthen the spatial policy in areas not covered by the local spatial development plans, in a manner enabling effective management of space
