The dispersed (particle) phase of all wood smoke samples, generated at widely varied parameters, shows a strong antioxidative properties. The antioxidative activity of this phase decreases with increasing oxidation temperature. The change of the pyrolysis temperature and change of air supply did not influence significantly the antioxidative activity.
