Violations of human rights, serious, massive and systematic requires, both, material and immaterial remediation from an interdisciplinary approach. Then, the art suitability and potential for the guarantee of the right to memory will be reviewed; in a collective dimension that goes beyond the victims and their families, although without ever losing sight of them. The proposal lies in articulating the legal, the aesthetic and the political issues, challenging the triumphant narratives of institutionalized violence
